File > Save As > Change 'File Format' to Export Formats: 'PDF') > Check 'Best for printing" -> exports PDF WITH nice formatting but WITHOUT hyperlinks.File > Save As > Change 'File Format' to Export Formats: 'PDF') > Check 'Best for electronic distribution and accessibility" -> exports PDF WITH hyperlinks WITHOUT formatting.The best I can get is hyperlinks and crappy formatting OR good formatting without hyperlinks.
